Designed for Your Process

CRP Compact is designed to streamline a critical phase: the dispensing and capping of vials under sterile conditions, reducing manual intervention and batch-to-batch variability. Its value lies not only in automation, but in its ability to adapt to real production needs: handling of open/closed vials, different capping strategies, and customizable workflows.

In regulated environments, this operational consistency results in a process that is more controllable and easier to transfer between shifts and production lines.

  • Customized workflows with dedicated kits
  • Vial format change even between consecutive batches
  • Crimp and push-fit management (depending on the version)

OVERVIEW

Automatic Transfer of Targets

STTS is an automated transfer system controlled via a remote touchscreen panel installed in the laboratory adjacent to the cell dedicated to processing solid metal targets (coins).

The system allows for the automatic handling of up to 6 coins via 2 separate and independent lines, designed to reduce the risk of cross-contamination and ensure that the transport paths remain separate.

Method

How the irradiation process works

A controlled and automated process for safely and efficiently transferring irradiated coins to the hot cell.

Step 01

Loading the "coin"

The irradiated "coin" falls from the irradiation unit into the departure station

Step 02

Shuttle Closure and Route Selection

The system closes the shuttle and positions it above the selected conveyor line.

Step 03

Transfer to the hot cell

The shuttle travels through the transport tube to the hot cell's arrival station.

Step 04

Remote Opening and Process Preparation

Inside the hot cell, the shuttle is opened using a gripper or a remote manipulator, preparing the coin for subsequent operations.
