An intensive training session to get closer to our customers.
A certificate award ended the second cycle of the technical and service training project by Tema Sinergie, namely the “High Tech, High Care Academy”.
The apprentices for this session were our distributors from the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Greece and Jordan, whom we shared five intensive training days with, into every aspect of operating and maintenance principles of the leading solutions for Nuclear Medicine made by Tema Sinergie.
The training program included a theoretical phase, focused on the system and software, and a practical segment, aimed at the analysis of the most recurrent maintenance works.
Launched in 2018, the “High Tech, High Care Academy” aims at enhancing the company after-sales service.
