The PET Revolution lands in Thailand for the very first installation of Karl100.
Right after travelling to China, Karl100 is heading to Bangkok to be installed for the very first time on Thai ground.
The groundbreaking mobile dose administration system has just come on duty in the nuclear medicine department of Chulabhorn Hospital, and will be working with 4 Rad-Injects in order to provide a faster and safer work process.
The department has reached a remarkable activity level despite being quite new. The staff amounts to about thirty members including physicians, engineers, nurses and doctors, and can treat as many as 15 patients per day with different radiopharmaceutical provisions.
Karl100 helps the staff focusing on FDG and NaF mainly, while some FBB-related tests will be carried out independently.
“This is such a gratifying result we want to share with our partner Applied Chemical and Instrument Co., Ltd for its support” says Alessandro Trerè, Sales Product Specialist for Nuclear Medicine.
