ERGONOMICS DESIGN AND EVALUATION

FROM IDEA TO PROTOTYPE

This kind of service is usually recommended in case a customized solution is needed. A prototype implementation allows to carry out all of the required and necessary usability tests in advance, avoiding expensive alterations during the production process.

INSTALLATION AND LAUNCH

READY TO GO

Before the installation process, our project managers will inspect the site to make sure the installation team is given the best working conditions. Installation and launch are paramount to make sure everything is properly working and also to gain our users trust, by making them comfortably rely on our personnel proficiency, professionalism, collaboration and congeniality.

VALIDATION

IT’S A-OK

We support the customer all through the production of their laboratory qualification and validation papers and certificates, including the DQ (Design Qualification) documentary evidence.
We also supply a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) validation support performed before the product is delivered to the customer, and a SAT (Site Acceptance Test) validation protocol carried out at the customer’s premises, after the equipment is installed.

As an option we can also offer:

  • A IQ-OQ (Installation Qualification – Operational Qualification) validation protocol: performed by our specialists at the customer’s premises, after the equipment is installed.
  • Assistance for the PQ (Performance Qualification): a final qualification test for the customer equipment/system.
