Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 has become an integral part of Tema Sinergie S.p.A.’s social responsibility system.

The MOG is an essential tool for all the parties involved, directly or indirectly, in sensitive tasks, to develop awareness towards conducts that may constitute offence with relevance to corporate social responsibility.
Further objectives of the MOG are to establish and/or strengthen controls and monitoring actions on areas of risk, to set up a system to sanction breaches of conduct and to improve the effectiveness and transparency of company operations and decisions, ensuring that they are documentable, verifiable and consistent.
The Code of Ethics illustrates the inspiring values and principles that Tema Sinergie S.p.A. follows in its day to day activities and in its relations with the Stakeholders and, in addition to pointing out the behavioral standards of correctness and transparency that its employees, managers, corporate bodies and collaborators must abide by, it establishes the methods to implement and control them.
A Supervisory Board has been appointed and assigned the task of verifying the functioning and observance of said Model, as well as its constant updating, proposing any amendments and additions deemed necessary.
