Tema Sinergie S.p.A. promotes its values and ethical principles with integrity and transparency and, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, has adopted a whistleblowing policy and a system for receiving, manage, analyze, and process reports—including anonymous ones—concerning facts and/or conduct that may constitute a violation of the Organizational, Management, and Control Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01, the Code of Ethics, company policies, and applicable laws.

To this end, a portal has been made available to whistleblowers to report any irregularities that come to their attention.

The Company has entrusted the receipt and management of the reporting channel to the Supervisory Body, which can also be contacted through the dedicated web platform, accessible at this link.

Reports must be made in good faith and in detail, specifying the facts being reported and any additional details, along with any available documentation or an indication of where such documentation can be found.

Tema Sinergie S.p.A. ensures the protection and confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the identities of other individuals deserving of protection, and the information contained in the report (including the identity of the person who is the subject of the report) in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 and, in any case, guarantees protection against any possible retaliation linked, even indirectly, to the reported facts.
