We confirmed the training sessions dedicated to after-sales also this year, to strengthen the synergies with our partners and improve the service offered to our customers.
The first 2019 scheduled appointment of the High Tech, High Care Academy was held in May, the technical-practical training project dedicated to the Dealers of the Tema Sinergie network.
Divided into a theoretical and a practical part, the main aspects related to the functioning of Nuclear Medicine systems were also discussed in this session, with particular attention to maintenance interventions and maintenance corrections in order to guarantee the correct working of the equipment installed.
Six distributors were involved: AXIM, CPCE, ELVATRON, Rapp-Iso, Tecnonuclear, for a total of ten participants from Latvia, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Poland, Costa Rica, Argentina and South Africa.
