Tema Sinergie’s Sustainable Mobility Plan
For several years, Tema Sinergie has implemented a sustainable mobility plan aimed at promoting greener transportation choices for commuting. This project has already delivered significant results, and in 2025, it enters its “quinta tappa” with the goal of further expanding employee participation.

Tema Sinergie’s Initiatives
Tema Sinergie has structured its plan through several concrete initiatives:
- Communication and Incentive Initiatives
The company has launched awareness campaigns to promote knowledge about sustainable mobility among employees. Additionally, it has introduced “mobility vouchers,” a financial incentive for those who choose alternative transportation methods instead of private cars.
- Bike to Work
Tema Sinergie has participated in the Bike to Work initiative by the Municipality of Faenza, which provides financial reimbursements proportional to the kilometers cycled for commuting. To support this initiative, the company has set up secured and video-monitored bicycle racks equipped with electric charging stations for e-bikes.
Since July 2023, the company has also provided its employees with a fleet of e-bikes, accessible through a corporate booking system and regulated by a usage policy.
- Public Transport Incentives
Thanks to collaboration with the Municipality of Faenza, a public transport line has been activated to connect Faenza railway station with the parking area in front of Tema Sinergie’s headquarters.
Additionally, the company has introduced a welfare plan that reimburses employees for local, regional, and interregional public transport subscriptions.
- Active Mobility Challenge
To further encourage changes in commuting habits, Tema Sinergie has launched a sustainable mobility Challenge. This initiative involves all employees who use eco-friendly means of transport, including bicycles, walking, scooters, carpooling, public transport, and intermodal options.
The challenge, organized through the Wecity app, is based on tracking the kilometers traveled on the commute to work, ensuring fair evaluation among participants. The winning team is rewarded with mobility vouchers, further encouraging a more sustainable lifestyle.
