Tema Sinergie S.p.A. promotes its values and ethical principles with integrity and transparency. Hence, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, the comppany has adopted a Whistleblowing policy, as well as a system for the reception, management, analysis and processing of anonymous reports concerning facts and/or behaviours that may constitute a violation of the model of Organization, Management and Control compliant to the 231/01 Legislative Decree, the Code of Ethics, company policies, as well as the current legislation.
Thus, a dedicated whistleblower portal has been made available to communicate any known irregularities.
The Company has entrusted the reception and management of the reporting channel to the Supervisory Board, which can also be contacted via the web platform designated for this purpose, available at this link.
Reports must be submitted in good faith and properly detailed. They should include a comprehensive description of the facts being reported and any further available element, together with the relevant documentation, or an indication on where to find any.
Tema Sinergie S.p.A. ensures the protection and confidentiality of the identity of reporters, of other subjects deserving protection, and any information contained in the report (including the identity of the person subject to the same) in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 and, in any case, grants protection against any possible retaliation directly or indirectly linked to the facts being reported.
