About Us
Where High Tech Meets High Care.
For over forty years, we have been designing technologies that make processes in the radiopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and radiation therapy fields safer, supporting professionals, researchers, and industries in improving people’s lives through innovation, safety, precision, and care.
WHO WE ARE
Built on Care
Every day, in hospitals, research centers, and manufacturing facilities around the world, professionals are working to improve health and quality of life. Tema Sinergie develops technologies, systems, and services that help them do so more safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Founded in Faenza in 1985, the company has grown to
To become an international partner in the fields of nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, cancer radiation therapy, and the pharmaceutical industry. We work by integrating engineering, multidisciplinary expertise, and ongoing collaboration with clients and partners, transforming complex needs into concrete solutions.
Making Better
We believe that technology has value only when it improves people’s lives.
That’s why every project starts with a simple principle: putting High Care at the center. Care means responsibility, listening, quality, and attention to those who use our technologies and to the patients who indirectly benefit from them.
High Tech, High Care isn’t just a tagline—it’s how we design, collaborate, and innovate every day.
HOW WE WORK
Designed Around People
Turning ideas into reliable solutions requires much more than just technical expertise. It requires listening, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the needs of those working in highly regulated and critical environments.
We work side by side with customers, scientific partners, and institutions to develop technologies that address real-world needs. From design to installation, from validation to after-sales support, we guide every project with an approach focused on long-term partnerships.

Our History
For over 40 years, we have been driving innovation, setting industry standards, and solidifying our position as a global leader.
1985
Tema Sinergie was founded to supply shielded accessories and
manipulation tools for nuclear power plants. After the 1986 Chernobyl
disaster, the Italian market declined, prompting the company to shift its focus to the medical sector.
1990
By supporting research institutes and the first Nuclear Medicine
Departments in Italy, Tema Sinergie began designing, manufacturing,
and installing radioactive organic waste systems, shielded doors, radiation monitors, and calibration irradiators.
1993
Active in radiotherapy with shielded doors and radiation monitoring systems, Tema Sinergie gained Italian distribution rights for international radiotherapy brands, launching a new business: equipment resale for Radiotherapy and Medical Physics
Departments.
2005
The global development of PET (Positron Emission Tomography) is opening new doors, and Tema Sinergie has entered this market by launching its first automatic dispenser. The Company is committed to innovation and process automation.
2012
Recognized globally as a leader in shielded isolators, Tema Sinergie expanded its portfolio by designing
and manufacturing barrier systems, isolators, and integrated solutions for the Pharma & Biotech sectors.
2022
The Company is quickly growing up; the introduction of Theranostics is
significantly expanding the target market.
A new business partner, Charme Capital Partners private equity fund, has joined Tema Sinergie, holding 70% of the shares.
2023
The Company establishes its very first branch office in the USA. The office is focused on after-sales service, enabling our technicians to operate more efficiently within the North American territory.
2024
As the Company’s expansion accelerates, the facility triples in size,
reaching 20,500 m2. Our team continues to grow steadily, reflecting
strong momentum. Strategic acquisitions were completed to further strengthen production capabilities and support long-term growth.
2025
Tema Sinergie acquired the Spanish company 6BIO, a key player in the filling sector, strengthening its expertise and expanding capabilities across both Pharma and Radiopharma markets.
