CST-IS

CST-IS (Compact Sterility Test Isolator, ST-IS Series) is a cGMP Class A/ISO 5 isolation system specifically designed for Quality Control Laboratories.

The system is designed to deliver optimal aseptic performance even in confined spaces: in just 2.5 meters, it houses a process chamber—complete with an integrated peristaltic pump—connected to a transfer chamber and an integrated VPHP bio-decontamination system.

The airtightness of the chambers is continuously monitored by an automatic testing system, which performs an independent test cycle on each chamber in accordance with the method described in ISO 10648-2:1994(E) (5.2).

A VPN connection enables secure and private communication over the Internet, making remote access, support, updates, and maintenance possible anytime, anywhere.

HUMAN-MACHINE INTERFACE

CST-IS is controlled by a Siemens S7-1500 series PLC and a 12-inch Siemens SIMATIC HMI, featuring touchscreen technology, a widescreen TFT color display, and user-friendly graphics.

The operator interface, developed by Tema Sinergie, allows for simple and intuitive use, thanks in part to the “one-touch” function and the ability to retrieve saved work programs.

The management software complies with GAMP5 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
