The commercial organization is led by Ken Rando, Vice President of Sales – Pharma, Biotech & Radiopharma USA, who works closely with customers and partners to develop new projects and identify the solutions that best meet their operational needs.

Technical service operations are coordinated by Fabio Clotir, After-Sales Service Manager – North America, who oversees after-sales activities and technical support throughout the region.

Supporting the organization is Nicholas Dembowski, who leads our network of North American After-Sales Engineers. With engineers strategically located across the U.S. in Utah, Texas, Maine, Indiana, and New Jersey, the team provides both continuous remote assistance and on-site support for installations, maintenance, qualification activities, and technical interventions.

Today, Tema Sinergie Inc. is backed by a team of 10 professionals dedicated to serving customers across North America. This growing organization allows us to respond more efficiently, reduce intervention times, and ensure greater operational continuity. Above all, it reinforces our commitment to putting customers first through technical expertise, responsiveness, and a consistent local presence.
