Service Description

Tema Sinergie's Maintenance Service is a structured program of preventive and corrective maintenance, designed to:

  • maximize system efficiency;

  • ensure operational continuity;

  • extend the lifespan of devices.

Through preventive measures, monitoring, and targeted interventions, we ensure long-term high performance of the customer’s systems and devices, reduce downtime, and guarantee that the various systems comply with GMP and Annex 1 regulations.

The service is available for Tema Sinergie solutions and, subject to a technical evaluation, can also be extended to systems already installed at the customer’s site.

Planning of Interventions

Scheduling of maintenance tasks based on the maintenance plan, operating hours, historical data, and regulatory requirements, while optimizing resources and minimizing plant downtime.

Inspection and Diagnosis

Conducting visual inspections, functional checks, and diagnostic tests to assess the condition of components, seals, and control systems, in order to ensure their efficiency and reliability.

Replacement of Components

Replacement of wear-prone components in accordance with the intervals specified in the maintenance plan, in order to restore optimal operating conditions and ensure the reliability of the equipment.

Testing

Verification of calibration and monitoring of operating parameters to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, maintenance of performance, and compliance with GMP requirements.

Technical Report

Preparation of a technical report upon completion of the work, documenting the activities performed, the inspections conducted, and any components replaced, in order to ensure full traceability of the operations and to support inspections.
